RETURNS
ReLuxe Room offers 14 days return policy upon receipt of your order on items sold in the European Union and UK. After this time, returns are not accepted. The item must be the same and in the same condition as when received, as it is photographed and described on the website, while the ReLuxe Room label placed on the item must not be cut or removed.
If the product comes with packaging boxes, dust bag, certificates and other labels, the should not be cut or removed and shall be returned in the same way as they were when the item was received.
In order to request a return, please email team@reluxeroom.com with your order number and state ”return request” in your email. From there, our Customer Support will confirm that your return request has been approved and further instructions will be provided by email.
The costs of the shipping slip used to return purchased items are the responsibility of the customer - 30 Euros outside of the European Union.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We accept returns for items sold in European Union and the UK under certain conditions:
1) The item must be the same and in the same condition as when received, as it is photographed and described on the website.
2) The ReLuxe Room label placed on the item must not be cut or removed. If the product comes with packaging boxes, dust bag, certificates and other labels, the should not be cut or removed and shall be returned in the same way as they were when the item was received.
3) You have 14 days after receiving the item to request a return. After this time, returns are not accepted. The date of receipt is authentic for the calculation of this period.
4) Any return must be the subject of a request by email sent to team@reluxeroom.com. Please indicate your order number in the return request.
5) Upon your request, we will provide you with a prepaid shipping slip. It is imperative to use our shipping slip to send the item within 14 days of receiving the shipping slip.
6) Make sure to ask for proof confirming your deposit of parcels with the carrier. Without this proof, Reluxe Room is not responsible for packages not scanned by carriers.
7) The costs of the shipping slip used for the return of purchased items are the responsibility of the customer - 30 Euros outside the European Union.
8) After the return and verification of the items, we proceed directly to the refund on the means of payment used for the initial purchase. Please allow 5-10 days for your refund to be processed by our teams and your bank.
Please note that Reluxe Room does not accept returns outside the European Union.
